返事があると、やっぱり安心します。 内容は、予約はまだないけど、代理店経由の場合は、もう少しあとにオーダーがくるということでした。 Dear XXXXXXXXX, We have checked our booking engine, there is no information about your booking through GTA HongKong for the time being. Today is Sunday, we can't contact GTA for consulting. Usually they will send the reservation order to us a few days prior to the relevant checking in date, as they have some room allotment from us daily. 初めての海外一人旅。
HISでホテルを予約したものの、 現地にいって、実は予約が入ってませんってならないように、 ホテルに予約確認のメールを入れてみました。 （心配しすぎかもしれへんけど、結局は現地の代理店経由のオーダーのため、少し不安に・・） 初めて、英語でメールを作ってみましたわ。 ついでに、到着が深夜になる旨と、 禁煙の希望も（叶うかか叶わんかわからんけど、とりあえず希望を） Dear Sir or Madam I have made a reservation at your hotel through GTA HONG KONG on March 10,2009 Name: xxxxxxxxxxxxx Numbers of persons: xxxxxx Date: March. 21st (check-in date) - March. 25th (check-out date) for 4 nights Would you check my reservation and send me a confirmation mail? I have a preference for my room. I would like to stay at a Non-smoking room. Thank you for your cooperation. And, I will only be able to check in the hotel about 02:00 a.m. on March. 22 (not on March. 21) according to my international flight schedule. I would request you to keep the room for me.
